I haven't finished this book yet, but I will give it 5 stars already. It inspires me and educates me.
The book is organized into many short chapters in several categories, so you can skip around and read about the topics that interest you most in whatever order you like.

The book covers a broad spectrum of key considerations anyone looking to buy or sell a business should consider. I like its balanced approach to looking at what is needed for both sides of the transaction. This is a must read in either case as this valuable resource will help a person identify areas they need the most help. Success is hinged on “knowing what you don’t know!”

Extremely pleased with the content of the book. Part way thru reading this book I sent a copy to our COO and one to the CFO.
