When life takes on a life of its own and hands you poo instead of sunshine and rainbows, it's time to grab Rob Sachs book What Would Rob Do?

Rob does what all of us would like to do and checks with people who know what to do when life gets sticky. Rob takes the time to get in touch with everyone you will ever need to get the bad stuff under your fingernails so to speak.

If you are looking for a book that succeeds in giving you short, concise, insightful, funny, mouth covering, laugh-so-hard-your-sides-hurt information, then What Would Rob Do? is for you!

My only complaint is that Rob is no longer on NPR, just when I got the book and was excited to hear more. But don't be like me, if you want more What Would Rob Do? information, then click here.

I got this at the ALA conference, where the author was doing a signing, and he was a really nice dude! The title made me think it would be much more sarcastic/snarky than it actually was. It's actually just a book full of earnest advice for a bunch of different (mostly social) situations, with tips from experts in different fields. Perfect bathroom or pre-bedtime reading.

Too funny! We are all humans having similar human experiences and you may as well make fun of the ungraceful situations of life.
