Great book for new believers. I also think it’s a good book for Evangelism. It helps you iron out the basics of thriving as a Christian. Ultimately making you a greater witness to those who need Christ.

This book is written by a former fighter pilot who is currently a pastor and a flight instructor. What I like about it is each chapter has a real-life story from the author's aviation experience, and then relates that story to the christian walk.

Very practical.

While you can find the book at amazon, you could read chapter excerpts at www.WhenFaithTakesFlight.com.

Jim gave this to me when I was back in the US for Christmas and shared some writing tips with me. Good basics on the faith AND read with an eye on how he pulled it all together.
