Very British and also somewhat dated by now. There are a lot of ideas offered for other uses for these projects besides the pictured ones! The amount of backstitch outlines is more than I would consider actually doing.

A pattern of Shaun the Sheep! How could I resist?! ;)

I'm familiar with three (Wallace and Gromit, Harry and the Bucketful of Dinosaurs, and Mr Men and Little Miss) of the six character sets featured in this book (the other three are The Large Family, Percy the Park Keeper, and Brambly Hedge), but of the ones I am familiar with, the designs are very close to the original illustrations.

The patterns are bright, big and easy to follow, with a large variety of sizes and finishing techniques showcased throughout.
