The book is sweet and brief. :) I liked how it’s based on Choice theory and how there are many real life examples. Also, I reccommend you share the insights from this book with you partner and discuss how can your relationship/marriage be better.

Very short book about relationships with scenarios to illustrate. Good place to start but if you have these situations in your current relationship, you're probably going to need a marriage counselor to help you walk through it. Honestly, they should make you read these books before you get married. Hard for people to change once these patterns are set in a committed relationship.

Quick read about changing to positive paradigms within one's marriage. Read it for CE credits but found some concepts useful to reinforce in my own life.

Super quick read especially if you are already familiar with Dr Glasser Choice Theory. The concepts are discussed based on various cases on married couples illustrated throughout the book.

Great book. Straight to the point and effective.

Another wonderful book from Dr. Glasser. This book applies Choice Theory directly to marriage and gives some good insight into utilizing Choice Theory in daily marital life as well as in some common sticky situations that arise in even the best relationships. This book separated many of the key elements into lessons with a question at the end that you can ask of yourself or your spouse. I found this helpful as it is a question you can ask yourself each day as a reminder and a mindfulness exercise.
My one critique of this book is that it does not give a lot of examples and leaves a lot to interpretation. This is fine for some (myself included) who can interpret and apply the information from the conceptual form to my personal experience. However if you are someone who wants examples and funny anecdotes, this isn't the book. Think of this book as a quick reference of helpful concepts. It's short enough to read in a day and is easy to navigate with short chapters on each concept which makes it easy to return to if you need that refresher.

Yes - I know, another marriage book! Short book. Interesting concepts like how external control can damage a marriage. They describe seven deadly habits replacing them with seven supportive habits like support, encourage, listen, accept, trust. We choose our behavior and understanding each other's quality worlds was interesting. One side note, there are real couple stories/examples throughout the book and I thought a few were too explicit.

This book was particularly interesting because it applied the choice theory strictly to married couples situations. It is important that we remember that when we apply choice theory to our relationships it allows us to be able to feel freedom which is one of the five needs in life. By recognizing these factors we are able to find ways to improve our lives. A great read and it was quick to work through and it brought up many great topics to be discussed with any partner!

This is one of the most conceptually solid books on a critical subject. It is an excellent and quick read. Any book by William Glasser will be based on choice theory and be practical and honest. There are answers here to all the serious problems in marriage and relationships. Every couple or individual considering a relationship will be well advised to read this book.

Quick read, is helpful (limited) in a practical way in giving help to people who need help in getting along and learning how to negotiate through conflict.

Quick read! Lots of good ideas to help you realize that our life is about our choices and how we can learn to make choices and negotiations together as a couple.
