Book helped me creating content for my team. It spoke little details about communication. Loved the post session activities. It is "Good read" book.

Great read to help in the IT Fishbowl. Pitfalls to avoid in communication.

Absolutely worthless. The only illustrations the book includes are comics. However, images would be very useful to describe different postures to avoid.
