Oh mon Dieu, dernier volet de l'extraordinaire trilogie de Mohammed DIB, j'ai le coeur serré, je crois bien que je me suis habituée à Dar-Sbitar, à la compagne dans Bni Boublen et pour finir, un petit moment dans l'atelier avec les tisserands, leurs querelles quotidiennes, leurs peurs et angoisses, leurs opinions d'eux même vous plongent dans une tristesse sans fond, un métier qui vaut de l'or et un patron qui n'est jamais satisfait..

Algerian poet and novelist. Born in Tlemcen, Dib held various jobs as a teacher, accountant, weaver and rug designer, interpreter, and journalist before turning to full-time writing. In 1959 he moved to France, where he has continued to reside, although he returns regularly to Algeria.
