The number one thing I learned from this book is that there's not one, but two Rattlesnake Roundups in the state of Georgia. I will be avoiding both of them.

This edition eschews a lot of MLK information in the city of Atlanta, which I thought was odd. I don't know about newer editions. In fact, I would say, there are interesting things here, but I would definitely doublecheck to make sure they are still going on because there's no telling what the pandemic killed.

Not really “off the beaten path” but certainly a fun reminder of all our state has to offer.
