One of few "diet" books that really speaks to me and makes perfect sense!

An upside of Bob Greene's books are that they are straightforward, clear, and gender-neutral (I've grown weary of overt masculinization in fitness books for men and avoid fitness books clearly written for women). I also like the premise and what this book had to say. Unfortunately, it's nothing new. Just differently organized. The central tenet I learned is that I need to use strategic planning and project management to achieve what I want in my life.
