It's so full of misspellings and bad grammar you wonder about the advice, but it is also very entertaining and funny. I am going to try hot pepper spray on my Boston ferns to keep the kitty from snacking on them.
There are some very good tips and suggestions. Some of these methods for removing pests may take more time and money than it's worth. Why make your own fly paper when you can easily buy it?
I bought this book after having it checked out from the library for over two years! The all-natural remedies have kept my home bug-free. I see cockroaches in the neighborhood, but never near my house. The moth-repellant of natural spices like cinnamon and others have kept my closets free from moths and other crawlies. No moth ball smell in this house. I also try to never use bleach or any poison in my home. Vinegar and lemon and Dawn Original are all you need. Bar Keeper's Friend is my favorite for a scouring powder. I do use the dishwasher pods from Kroger in the dishwasher, but I believe that Borax keeps the roaches away, as my pest-controller friend tells me that it prohibits them from progenerating. They eat it and then bring it back to their dens, or they choke on it I am not sure. I understand the roaches eat the heads of their dead, so when a roach eats some Borax, the next one comes by and eats its head? Not sure where I heard that ... My friends have used the garden tips with success. Everyone should have one of these as a reference.
