This is a fantastic video-based guide for parents as they parent their teenagers. Easy to understand, any parent will find the Active Parenting course and this guide extremely helpful. There are practical hints and real-life situations throughout the textbook. It is also a great adjunct for teachers to use as they teach this class, as there are hands-on activities throughout. I found it extremely helpful and referred to it often.

You can really just skim this book instead of thoroughly reading it as a lot of it was fluff. However, I did find some of the concepts interesting along with the conversations/dialogs as examples and the exercises at the end of each chapter.
