A very practical, how-to guide for planning and making a small garden. Different types of gardens are featured and McHoy gives instructions on how to build paths with different materials, plants to use and how to plant and care for them. There are pictured gardens with drawings of the garden with the plants and a list of the plants with their botanical names if you want to use the design for your garden. A good resource.
