The title, "The Four Legs of the Table" makes sense as you read on. Ackerman's emphasis on customer sovereignty is something I relate to - treating each individual like royalty. Some great concepts which I find myself already practising in my current job, and many I hope to implement asap!

Overall, a great read for anyone wanting to venture into their own business or to merely understand corporate life and its backbone.

I liked the practical nature of this book.

Reading the book felt like I was sitting next to the man himself and having a conversation about what works and what doesn't in retail.

Great read.
