About the author

Derek Prince (1915-2003), was an International Bible teacher and founder of Derek Prince Ministries International, wrote more than fifty books.
He was born in India of British parents. Educated as a scholar of Greek and Latin at Eton College and Cambridge University, England, he held a Fellowship in Ancient and Modern Philosophy at King’s College. He also studied Hebrew and Aramaic, at Cambridge University and the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. His daily radio broadcast, Derek Prince Legacy Radio, still reaches listeners around the world.

If you are looking for a daily devotional book for 2016, this one by Derek Prince is great! I am not fond of devotional reading -- in fact, this is the first year-long devotional I have ever completed. But this book kept me coming back. I learned so much from the Bible, about God's nature, and how to live the victorious Christian life. I highly recommend "Declaring God's Word." If I could give it 10 stars, I would.

This book is the first one that took me through a year-long reading plan. Can only recommend, though at times it's more difficult to grasp and definitely needs some meditation, which I did not take time for.

One Year with The Lord

I enjoyed the journey of this past year. Derek Prince captured the heart of the Trinity beautifully. I read this book every few years and always take something away.
