Another of Ms McCoy's books and yet I must admit I enjoyed this one more. Though the focus is more on the structure and formation of circles, with a little ritual and guidance thrown in, I found it much more informative for actually working with the people in your circle than the book she wrote for actually spell working with others. Odd, but my preference of her coven working books. 3 stars.
An organized view of finding, forming, and maintaining a coven. This was most helpful for moving forward when I was on-the-fence about staying solitary or going with a group.
