Another reasonable book, but there's a preponderance of recipes that include things like brown and raw sugar, potato starch, etc. Not exactly things you're after if a low carbohydrate diet is the aim.
I wish zero stars was an option because zero is exactly how many of these recipes I want to eat. I'm not sure if the Cherry Omelette or the Retro Asparagus Salad (asparagus jello) win the award for recipe I am most repulsed by?
Not sure about how healthy these recipes are beyond being low carb. you would think I'd appreciate a cookbook that uses so much butter and cheese, but I'm still noping. Guess I don't really want to microwave cheese on an apple.
