This 12- CD set includes six modules designed to help health care organizations to improve the patient experience. Each session contains flash video of Kristin Baird's recorded webinar and an additional CD with pre-session worksheets, participant workbooks and slide handouts. Each session focuses on one aspect of the patient experience and what health care workers can do to improve the experience. Sessions include segments on communication, phone skills, wayfinding, discharge and the healing environment with an emphasis on noise control. Materials are designed for staff training and can be used in self-directed learning or inservice education.
