This book has good information on understanding, controlling or reversing many western degenerative diseases. I did feel that It was still lacking in some areas. Nevertheless this was a good book to read to further my understanding and prevention of western diseases. I suffer from arthritis and gout which encouraged me to read this book. The part where it says that ALL American’s over 25 years of age who eats a standard American diet already has atherosclerosis really opened my eyes and motivated me to make a change.
