Helpful for self-awareness, and also to help others on a team develop their own understanding of cohesiveness.

This is one of the best books I’ve read on MBTI typology, which focuses on management style and personal characteristics, with one page summaries of each type. Good material up front introducing typology concepts. It nicely avoids the gimmicky labels other books use.
The page layout on the detailed profiles is broken into two columns per page, with text that jumps to the next page at the bottom of the column rather than continuing to the next column to the right, which takes a little getting used to when reading.
