Liked the story
I really liked the story..... But I am not a huge fan of books where writers remind me who's speaking every other sentence. Peyton and Dr. Felix's story was an okay read; nothing really took my breath away in the storytelling. It was enjoyable.

So I'm being generous here with my 3 stars. There's a lot to like and I can see the potential. Where I got lost is we needed a little bit more editing. At one point Peyton's name was 4 times in two sentances. We needed some pronouns. It felt almost like a first or beginning book, but I'm not sure where this is publishing-wise for the author. Also, I would've liked to see more of the moments between Peyton and Felix when they first meet instead of focused on the house descriptions. Don't give me the full rundown of a house that he's looking to buy but then say "they had great conversation" on the way to the second house - where we then also get a full rundown of it. Also, small nit-pick, he says he went for the 2nd house they say becuase it specifically didn't have stairs and was a single story (for his aging parents) and there's a surprise in the backyard. We don't actually learn about the "surprise" until it's casually mentioned he has a pool AND then when his sister is helping him decorate they "go upstairs" to look at the bedrooms. Like I said earlier, just needed some more editing to tighten things up. It had a good bits and I liked the chemistry between Peyton and Felix, so I'm interested to read more from this author.

Doctor Felix Rush II is looking for a new home and is referred by his sister Alexandria to see Peyton Hall, a very competent realtor. What Felix doesn't realize is Peyton is smoking hot and he can't seem to get her out of his mind. Peyton doesn't really trust very easily but she can't deny the connection and the spark that her and Felix have. The true question is does she take a chance on Felix and chance her heart, or does she walk away? I have to say that I really love this story. Felix and Peyton are both very complex characters, they both have issues and aren't normally easy to trust their heart to someone but for some reason they can't deny each other. This is just another one of a great book in this series, the series is written by multiple authors and each story gives you a glimpse into the lives of the men and women of Eastport General.

Beautiful love story!
So many books portray Doctors as womanizing, messing with all the women at their workplace. This book was well written and worth the read. Dr. Felix and Peyton were not looking for Love, but realized how attractive they were to each other. He realized he was missing something in his life, and pursued Peyton. They allowed their love to grow, before moving to the next level!

Really, do you know how incredibly disappointing it is to spend almost 7 bucks in a book, start reading and it’s suddenly over because it’s not even 100 pages! Rip offed, that’s what I feel. 5.52 plus 15% tax - I got 30 min of reading, thanks ever so much. Even the biggest author’s don’t charge like that - are you one of the biggest authors? No worries, I won’t get caught unaware again.

Sweet
Celeste Granger has written the sweetest romance to date. Dr. Felix Rush is a girl's dream come true for a friend, lover, and future husband. Peyton, his realtor is by far a great heroine. Beautiful and quick read with all the feels of A full length novel.

Totally Short!
I was totally looking forward to hearing Felix call Peyton “beloved.” This short story was not as detailed as Celeste’s other stories but it was okay. i thought it was too short because I wanted the love, marriage, and babies.

Cute Read!
The storyline was sweet and I enjoyed the main characters. This is not the usual stories that I have read by this author. I think this story is a Novella is why it's so short. I feel they story ended too soon.

What happened with the ending?
The story was slowly building and abruptly ended. I want to know more about Peyton and Felix. I still enjoyed the story, but couldn't believe that was it.
