Insight guides are the perfect mix of practical and they cannot be matched for their background info on culture, local life and history.

What made me cringe: the edition published in 2012 presents Yugoslavia at least at one of the maps...
Not as informative as Lonely Planet would make it, not as thorough either. However, I noted down some tips.
