This is one of my favorites out of the 100 or so cook books I have. The description of the book claims that there are 200 recipes but considering that the entire book is based on nothing but sauces the number of actual menu's that can be prepared from this book alone is unlimited. Some of the sauces i have learned to make using this book I applied to various types of meat and vegetable dishes. The book has a very easy layout with symbols for such things as serving size and time to prepare.
