Excellent book, required reading for my nutritionist certification with the AANC. I enjoyed the concise, succinct way the book explained the most important parts of the human body. It was thorough, yet efficient, without being tomb-like. A favorite of mine amongst anatomy books.
I found it difficult to visualize internal parts of the human body for intuitive healing exercises and this book really helped me to know what stuff looked like inside a person.
