I found this book both fascinating and frustrating.
Reading the accounts of people who supposedly saw the Ark with their own eyes (keep in mind this book was written in 1976, and they interviewed elderly people local to Mt. Ararat), or who’s grandparents saw the Ark and told them about it was very intriguing.
There are also accounts of researchers who went to Mt. Ararat and saw the Ark, and some who even brought back supposed fragments of the Ark.
I also enjoyed learning more about Mt. Ararat, Armenia, and the area surrounding where the Ark is said to have landed. I even went on Google Earth after reading this book to examine the mountain myself, which was super interesting!
What I found extremely frustrating about this book, however, is that though there has apparently been hundreds of pictures which have supposedly existed of the Ark, each and every one of those photos has been lost or destroyed. Such a thing defies all logic!
Even after reading this book, I am no closer to deciding whether I believe the Ark is still out there waiting to be found, or has long ago been destroyed.
At the end of the day, I suppose it really doesn’t matter, as my belief in God, the flood and the Ark doesn’t depend on it being found… But it sure would be cool if it still existed and was one day discovered.
It would be hard for atheists and evolutionists to deny the truth of the Bible if the Ark was discovered! Who knows… Maybe one day it will be 🕊️

They have some interesting information regarding the possible location of the Ark. I don’t know enough about the organization to know for sure if they are correct, but I thought it was interesting enough to share.

I found this book very interesting. But it was too easy to put down and too hard to pick up again. When I did pick it up and read it, I was highly intrigued.

A 1976 book detailing the history of searches for Noah's Ark. Interesting, if you are intrigued by things like this.
