Somerville offers valuable insights on how the 21st century library must achieve project goals through successful collaborative research among all employees. She analyses several projects among students and administrators, faculty and administrators, and faculty and students to suggest how the informed learning process is enhanced through social learning. This is an excellent educational tool for librarians who work in a team or committee setting.
