Okay. Book-plot inventory time!

Hot blond in tight leather and lingerie…check.

Full contact, anything goes WWE style, MMA Duke it out chick fight…Check.

Space ships, blasters, blue and green skinned aliens…check


More pirates that happen to also be hot babes in skin tight leather and lingerie with dirty mouths…Check.

Dastardly wicked villianesque Army dude…check.

In Rogue Hunter, Gaiai #2, there’s a nice sense of the alien. The world of Zyra Zanr comes into closer focus. She learns at last (maybe) what Molly has stolen, and the battle’s more than simply personal now.

This short story reads like a whole new level in a computer game, with different challenges but still the same protagonist, and much more at stake. Background is neat and clear, and the action, as always, takes center stage, right where it belongs. It's not classic fiction, but it's a fun qui
This is space opera. It's fun and fast. Just wish there was more to fill in the space in between.

Rogue Hunter, a trilogy that has a story totaling between 50-60 pages.
I was looking for a nice pastime between reading the Watchmen and starting a fantasy or SF trilogy. I wanted something on a lighter note.
The first book was still acceptable, the second book made me question my decision to continue reading, and the third book made me regret it.
The series contains elements found in many other SF books, but there the authors take their time developing the story, using a couple of hundreds of page

This one is very Star Wars-ish. And that's not a complaint. Haha. :P Zyra tries to find the hidden mystery behind the canister that her archenemy stole from the Alliance, then she goes in pursuit and is nearly taken out by something very much like the Destroyer in Star Wars. :P

This is the second book in the Rogue Hunter series, and I downloaded it free on my Kindle. It was a bit short like the last, but very enjoyable. I'm downloading the third one today.
