The book is a little outdated now, so I tried to be mindful while reading the different advice but I enjoyed how it was written to be informative but not dry. It was like the author was personally telling you the information she learned and relating to the reader.

This was a nice, quick read that was medically informative and positive in its approach. The author used some much-appreciated humour as well as informed advice about preparing for twins (and other multiples). I found practical lists which were especially helpful. Personal journal entries from this doctor/mother of twins were a welcome addition. Even the "possible problem" sections, which I usually try to avoid, were pretty positive and not so scary. I definitely recommend this book for your twin pregnancy.

I would have gotten more out of this one if we hadn't already experienced the NICU once, but I think it's a good book for anyone expecting multiples that hasn't had that experience. I found the nutrition information very helpful, too.

Nice book on multiples. Not earth shattering but not bad. It was very readable and I did enjoy the author's personal tone. I appreciate some of the science discussed and that everything was written for people without PhD's, but not as if we were all idiots. It's a hard balance!

I found this book to be somewhat reassuring. It helped to have her experience both as a doctor and as a mother of multiples.
