I didn't technically read this, just flipped through it a bunch, and I like it a lot. The organization is kind of strange (Old Fashioned on p 318, then "Classic" Old Fashioned on p 350-- why?), and the index isn't great. But the photography is excellent (with a nice color photo for every recipe, excepting the variant versions), and the variety is impressive. I think I have a different edition than the one I'm reviewing, as mine is almost 700 pages. It was pretty cheap, too! There were more snooty/trendy looking books on the shelf when I found this, but they were more expensive and less comprehensive. Anyway, I look forward to trying out many of the drinks, should be fun.
