This book is full of good information that you should already know. Simple rules all in one book about being a good honest person and continuing this as a police officer and beyond. Treat your citizens and subordinates as you would like to be treated.
The book offers great advise. Don’t wait for your department to train you. Obtain training and education not only through your department but outside of your agency if needed. Continued learning and seeking of knowledge, whether it be management or skills is encouraged. Good book solid advise. Although your should already know this.
