Sometimes you need to look back in order to move forward.. not to dwell or stay there, but to move ahead with freedom and intention. This book, along with other resources, podcasts, etc helped me do this over a 40 day period.

Not everything in the book resonated, but the things which did were spot-on! Take what works for you and leave the rest. The most significant exercise for me was the “months” approach (life review in 7 year segments.).

WELL WORTH THE EFFORT. Recently completed a workshop with about 8 others to help us put into writing stories of our lives at different stages. Story-telling is a lost art. How will our children know what went on in our lives as youth if we don't share it with them? Great spiritual ideas and stirs up forgotten stories that are great for sharing!
