I've read a lot of NDE studies and stories, but this was the first of this kind that I have read. I liked the fact it had been a religious man who was communicating via a Clairvoyant he had never met while on earth. And that the Clairvoyant was a Christian. I really liked this book and I will read it again very soon. I actually started to "mourn the loss" of this book when I finished reading it. It's very hard to explain, it was kind of like saying goodbye to a loved one at the airport.....
Comforting and confusing. Life after death revealed different than I expected. I met a man who knew the deceased's son and he was amazed at what the medium revealed about his father. If it's true, we have a lot to look forward to. Who knows?
I have read this book, "Witness from Beyond,"(1975) and many others about the Afterlife - from many people of different backgrounds, through many reputable mediums. I would highly recommend it to my more conservative Christian friends if it weren't so rare and expensive, if you can find it at all. It, along with the sequel, "Evidence From Beyond," (1999) should really be republished, as so many other books on this subject have already been over the last two decades. AD Mattson provides a unique protestant theologian viewpoint which would appeal to many people while introducing practical spiritual concepts and laws that we can apply here and now. The message, and the packaging of the message (through Mattson), could not be more needed than they are right now! Please - someone reprint or republish these two books. Also, it would be really great to have them in EPUB, Kindle, and other digital formats.
