excellent book. This man is so smart. I have heard him speak several times, and it always makes me glad that he is one of the people working to find an answer to this difficult subject. I will be recommending to my "younger" friends that they start doing the things he suggests. And, best yet, the book is very easy to read.

This is an excellent reference book if you're interested in trying to prevent Alzheimer's. It runs in our family, so I found this book very informative. I have added many of the supplements/vitamins/brain healthy foods suggested to my daily regimen.
