I love how this book revived the idea of gratitude, focusing on the tender unnoticed details, and appreciating mundanity, what a lovely reminder.

I'm a proud owner of this book. I read it one night right before I went to sleep and probably had the sweetest dreams that night. You see, I love... Illustrates how simple things were before we were introduced to the world. How you could and did love just about everything. It's so sweet and simple, and I love it so much!

Ok. This one had me at "I love." While I love French kids books (this one is in English), this one just got me thinking about all the things that I love in my life now and when I was a kid. It made me very nostalgic. I think I need to create/start an "I love" journal...
