Romance at Register Five (Amy R Anguish) - Mack McDonald isn't happy about the Grocerease app coming to his grocery store. But he's committed to the sixty-day trial period, and braces himself to lose money. Kaitlyn Daniels loves how the Grocerease app helps her make ends meet so she can assist her mom, the reason she moved to small Sassafras, AR. Mack and Kaitlyn struggle to overcome differing opinions on the perks of the app. But if they don't, it could keep them from something even better.

Where Love is Planted (Sarah Anne Crouch) - Ivy Aaronson is surrounded by family at their flower shop in West Texas-just the way she likes it. But she's given up hope on ever finding a man who understands her choices. When attorney Grant Keller orders flowers for his mother, Ivy wonders if maybe there are indeed some considerate men left in the world until she learns Grant's relationship with his parents is less than ideal. How can Ivy ever find love when every man she meets puts career over family?

Sweet Delivery (Heather Greer) - After winning Cake That!, Will Forrester thinks his Pastry Perfect baking dreams have come true. The sweetness fades when a chain bakery moves to town, and Will must adjust his plans to keep his customers. Hiring Erica Gerard is one of those changes. As they work together, Erica challenges Will and offers new ideas to improve the bakery. Soon, Erica and Will start bringing out the best in each other. But Erica harbors a secret, and if it's discovered, Will might never be the same.

The Mermaids, the Ex and USSS (Rachel Herod) - Braig Sanborn is the most loyal employee the United States Shipping Service has ever seen, which is why he agreed to transfer across the country with only a few weeks' notice. Ella Morrison is so busy planning a friend's wedding, she didn't expect to fall for the carrier who delivers packages to her house. When they both find themselves in too deep, will they agree the relationship was doomed from the start?

Amy R Anguish grew up a preacher's kid, and in spite of having lived in seven different states that are all south of the Mason Dixon line, she is not a football fan. Currently, she resides in Tennessee with her husband, daughter, and son, and usually a bossy cat or two. Amy has an English degree from Freed-Hardeman University that she intends to use to glorify God, and she wants her stories to show that while Christians face real struggles, it can still work out for good.

Such a pleasant read! I stretched this out over a month, reading the stories in between longer works. Like sweet dishes of ice cream, all of them. Loved the different takes on "delivery" services. All the stories were plotted well and the characters were fun to follow. Looking forward to another collaboration from these authors.

I just finished Amy Anguish's novella, Romance at Register Five today. Such a fun read! Mack and Kaitlyn meet when she moves to town and starts working for Grocerease and shops at his store almost every day. He's not crazy about this new app, until he and Kaitlyn start a friendship after being enemies. The more time they spend together, the more he wants it to be something more. Will these two be able to work things out, or will he remain close-minded and send Kaitlyn running in the other direction?

I just finished Where Love Is Planted by Sarah Anne Crouch. Another fun read!! Ivy and Grant "meet" when he calls her Mom's florist shop to order flowers for his mom. Their "friendship" grows over the next few months as he continues to call and order flowers. When he finally goes to Trammel to visit his parents, he goes to meet Ivy at the shop. Grant feels like he's not in a position for even a girl friend, and when Ivy takes something he says the wrong way and breaks off what they have, he's at a loss of what to do. When he finally realizes exactly what he wants, will it be too late to get Ivy to be his?

I just finished Sweet Delivery by Heather Greer. Will meets Erica when she comes to his shop, Perfect Pastry, to apply for the job of delivery driver. At first, their relationship is rocky and frustrating, but the longer they work together, the more they hit it off. Things are going well, until Erica finds out that there are businesses delivering cookies to the same event, at the same time, and that if Will finds out her secret, it could be the end of them. When Erica forgets an important envelop that needs to go to the event, Will takes it. That's when he finds out Erica's secret. Will this secret destroy their relationship before it has a chance to go further?

I just finished The Mermaids, the Ex and USSS by Rachel Herod. Braig meets Ella when he delivers a package. From there, their friendship quickly grows, until Braig sees something that he takes the wrong way. Braig then tells Ella he's being transferred. Will things work out for these two to get together?

I love that each couple depends on God to work in their relationships, and that each prays together and talks about their faith together.

I received a complimentary copy of this set, was not required to leave a review, and the opinion expressed is my own.

These four contemporary Christian romance novellas by four authors offer great reading for fans of the genre. I enjoyed reading them, and I think you will too.

Visit Sassafras, Arkansas in Romance at Register Five. Can romance happen in a grocery store? Not if Mack McDonald and Kaitlyn Daniels argue nearly every time they meet. Mack doesn't like change, and Kaitlyn thinks change is good if it helps people. Once they find common ground, they become friends, and then...The plot and characters are fun (sometimes serious) and entertaining as well as realistic.

Where Love Is Planted is set in Trammel, Texas, where Ivy Aaronson works at her family's florist business, Aaronson Flowers and Gifts. She loves her town and her work, but she questions the value of her life. Grant Keller works for a high-pressure law firm in Dallas, and orders flowers over the phone from Ivy for his mother when he can't make it home to visit. They don't understand each other's life-style choice. I enjoyed reading how these two helped one another grow in love and understanding.

Will Forrester owns his bakery, and he meets his match when he hires Erica Gerard to work for him. He's proven himself as a pastry chef, but she challenges his assumptions about the best way to run his business and about love. She's hiding information that will make a big difference in their relationship. Will is a character in Heather's novel Cake That! If you haven't read it, I recommend that you do.

The Mermaids, the Ex, and the USSS: the title intrigued me. What do mermaids have to do with contemporary romance? The Ex what? And what is the USSS? There's a big dog door at One-Eleven Agapi Drive when Braig Sanborn delivers packages there for the USSS, a delivery service. Ellie Morrison is fascinated by the antics of the delivery man as she watches him on her phone doorbell app (and I'm sure you will be too). But when he prevents a thief from stealing the packages off her steps, she thanks him by inviting him out for dinner. You'll enjoy learning about the mermaids and the ex.

Each novella involves a delivery service, hence the title, Love Delivered.

I received an Arc of Love Delivered with no expectation of return. Opinions are my own.

Love Delivered is a novella collection of four stories by four different authors. Each of the four stories has a theme of delivery (grocery, flowers, pastries, delivery service), romance, and Christian faith and it’s exciting to see how each author has crafted characters, plots, and settings that, although they’re related in theme, are entirely unique.

I don’t want to give too much away but I felt like the characters in Love Delivered were people I probably knew or could know in real life, imperfect but genuine and relatable. In each of the novellas I also found some wise words or that touched my heart or reminded me of a life or faith lesson that I needed to hear.

I felt good reading this book because although the characters face difficult decisions or hard times, the mood is still generally light and ultimately uplifting. It’s a book I feel great about recommending (or gifting) to friends and family, especially women, of a wide age range. Reading it definitely renewed my awareness and hope that couples may find love in everyday circumstances, despite challenges like work, timing, or relationships with family. Now when I’m at the grocery or getting a package delivered, I’m wondering who may be just around the corner, falling in love!

I was provided an advanced readers copy of Love Delivered, and all thoughts and views in this review are my own, but because I liked it so much, I also purchased a soft cover copy for my bookshelf and to share with others. It’s a great size to read and hold.

Four different authors, four locations and four delivery services. Four well crafted romance with delightful well rounded characters, some page turning plot twists, comical moments and a believable resolution.

In Amy R. Anguish's Romance at Register Five Mack McDonald isn't happy about the Grocerease app coming to his grocery store. Kaitlyn Daniels loves how the Grocerease app helps her make ends meet so she can assist her mom, the reason she moved to small Sassafras, AR. A fun romance between two caring but opposite individuals. As a retired family grocery shopper, who in college cashiered in two different family owned grocery stores, I could relate to the story. Woven seamlessly into the romance are reasons WHY different individuals use a grocery shopping app. Informational and entertaining. My kind of read.

As a teen I worked in a bakery, so Heather Greer's Sweet Delivery was a fun read. Family run bakeries are delicious places to visit.

Sarah Anne Crouch's Where Love is Planted revolves around a florist shop and appeasing MOM when Grant puts career over family. This mom of three sons could relate to the dilemma.

Rachel Herod's The Mermaids, the Ex and USSS - the title was intriguing! How do the items relate to a delivery service??? Definitely a page turner that put a smile on my face.

A unique box set, but very relatable; since most readers grocery shop, buy flowers and sweets, and have packages delivered. A special thank you for an entertaining Valentine read.
