This is a very informative book. It's not only for readers interested in immune-related health but also for those who want to improve their general health and well-being. It's incredibly comprehensive and offers simple solutions for how to improve your immunity and overall functioning.

Good overview though some parts are dated, new research on Vitamin D is pointing to needing higher levels. It gets repetitive at times, too, but in general, it's good to see the strong emphasis on good nutrition in this book while giving ample space to other strategies like exercise and sleep.

hey this book is so important to me, because iam learning how to make my immune sistem strong, im alawys sick you know, and this book really helping me to prevent desease, enhance vitality,and to live longer healthier life....
