I adore this book/DVD. Everyone should have it. It presents Bible stories in a very simple format. It uses actual Bible verses, not a summary retelling. There are cartoony drawings. You can read the stories to your kids and then follow it with the DVD. Children (and a few famous people) tell the story again, using the same text and visuals from the book. Then there is a song to help reinforce the story (usually catchy). My kids love it. I love it.

This book puts Bible stories in small two to four pages per story so little ones can understand them. Very nice book for a first for little guys, or like us have an adult special needs son. I read this out loud to him and he listened and enjoyed every night we shared together. Told in words that are easy to understand. We will be watching-listening to the DVD tomorrow.

This is a wonderful resource to have. It's kid-friendly and fun. I loved the visual stories and simple songs. The book content was just right.
