The short version of this book is "A man discovered a way to feel great in your body, go see a specialist to achieve it yourself."
A lot of the history and benefits of the technique is discussed in this book, but I learned almost nothing about how to use the technique itself.

It was ok. And I get that you really need a teacher to start the Alexander Technique, but I wish there had been more of the technique in the book and less of just about the technique. I really think the method is a good one and would like to give more a try myself. This book is more an introduction, but it was loaned to me so I'm not out any money at least.
