I love this series beyond words. Nana Malone has become one of my favorite authors for a reason. From the first page to the last, I was beyond captivated by Gabe & Tabatha and their story.
I loved the chemistry & banter between Gabe & Tabatha. I couldn’t get enough of these two characters. I have to say Tabatha was my favorite though. I loved her spunk.
I can’t wait to see what Nana Malone comes up with next!

This is another winning entry for a series that is beyond addicting. I simply adore this series because it delivers the perfect blend of pulse-pounding excitement and heart melting swoon with plenty of emotion on top to make an irresistible combination that is just too delicious to resist. Intrigue, desire, steam, tension, danger, twists and witty repartee make Gabe and Tabatha's romance an intoxicating thrill ride you do not want to miss. I am volitionally posting a frank review.

Loved it!
Well Nana did it again, made me fall for another Rouge! This book is all about Gabe & Tabs. After all the years working together & Tabs secret love for him, she ends up kissing Gabe on a mission, now they both can't stop thinking about it as Tabs is sent undercover on another mission & a secret that she hasn't told anyone, her Sister is missing!!!

This romantic suspense was an exciting thrill ride with twists and turns, fun banter, and lots of sizzling passion! Ever since their parents died, Gabe has been running The Rogues top secret organization to preserve his sister, Saffron's legacy. But that means he must put his own wants and desires on hold, including his attraction to his sexy, and off limits agent, Tabatha. Tabatha has been working hard to be the best operative, while trying not to lust over her sexy boss. When she has the opportunity to go undercover, she jumps at the chance. But when pieces don't add up, Gabe is afraid this might be too dangerous, and becomes her handler. Working so close together, under stressful conditions, lead to some very passionate moments together. They want more of each other, but there are those who are out to take them down, and they can't lose their focus. When nothing is as it seems, will they be able to find out who is behind it, before they lose it all? The chemistry between Tabatha and Gabe is explosive, and they make a great team, always having each other's backs. The twists and turns that this story takes is thrilling and breathtaking. Nana Malone has done it again. I love reading here series books because the previous book characters keep evolving. The Spy is the story of Gabe, Ops Commander of Rogues, and Tabatha, agent trainer.
Tabs is Saffron’s (Gabes’s sister) best friend. She has secretly crushed on Gabe for forever. Gabe has had feelings for Tabs since he first met her. He tries to hold back those feelings by being an arsehole, but that doesn’t end up working out.
They are on a mission and in order not to get caught, Tabs kisses him pretending to be making out. That opened Pandora’s box for the both of them.
Tabs then has to go under cover for another mission where she may have to become intimate with the asset. Have decides to become her handler to make sure she is safe (but really to be sure she doesn’t have to go too far with the asset.
The rest of the story you will need to read. It takes turns you don’t expect and is filled with suspense and romance.
I can’t wait to read the next book with Drake.

This book was so riveting , engaging, edge of the seat type of book! This book is an enemies-to-lovers spy romance that followed Gabe, an Ops Commander and his spy Tabatha. Tabatha has to go out on a mission and be someone’s fake boyfriend and Gabe is not happy about it. The nickname butterfly that Gabe used for Tabatha was so freaking cute. The tension and drama that is fillies in this book is absolutely amazing. I love seeing POC representation as a POC myself! It made me happy to see! I was on the edge of my seat for most of this book! This book was absolutely addicting! Everything about this book was so engaging and fun! I definitely recommend!

This has been a book I couldn't put down. The sparring between Gabe and Tabatha is funny and serves as an indicator of the feelings they are disguising and refusing to accept. Their mission, which they definitely accepted, placed Tabs in a vulnerable position! Gabe, with his size 9s and degree in tact 🤣, decides to be her all-encompassing guard, teacher and scowling helper. I lived it!
With intrigue, twists, heat and banter, the combination of these two made for a true escapist read which has been perfect. 💖💖💖💖💖

I love this series. I was so happy to read Gabe’s and Tab’s story. I love their chemistry, they are so good together. They make me laugh and cry. I can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

Who doesn’t love a little bit of mystery? Throw that in with some kick butt spy moves, some hot intelligence agents, heavy spice, a healthy dose of romance n you’ve got the makings of one incredibly bad ass novel.

I hadn’t read the first few books so this series is new to me and while it’s a standalone with them being interconnected; after reading The spy I’m definitely eager to go back to the beginning and learn all there is to know about this feisty found family of spies.
Representation is a HUGE thing for me, I’m an avid romance lover and I’ve read all different ranges, sub genres and tropes; so the fact that this book was filled with people that look like me pushed it above and beyond in my eyes. The descriptions of Cape Town. The visits to South Africa, women of color being in power house positions it shot this story to the top of the charts for me. I’m super excited to see more of what this author has in store 🤍

Gabe and Tabatha's story is full of sizzling attraction, swooning heat and heart racing intrigue. Gabe and Tabatha have been circling each other through 3 books now and I, for one, knew their story was going to be epic.
As Tabatha straddles family obligations and being undercover while fighting her attraction to Gabe. Gabe is trying not to fall but completely fails to fight his feelings for Tabatha. Their fall was amazing to see and getting to witness their softer sides was fun.
Nana Malone always writes characters who make you feel like you are right there in the dray with. These characters become family. I cannot wait to see what comes next.

The Gentleman Rogues are back! And this time Tabatha and Ops Commander Gabe take centre stage.
When "oversight" request one of the team go undercover, and Tabatha is selected for the job.
A job that involves getting close to a target and potentially having to seduce them. Which Gabe isn't happy about. So he decides to step in and be her handler. Which is the last thing Tabatha wants.
As the pair are like oil and water. Not to mention she secretly has the hots for him. Even though he drives her crazy and vice versa!
But she's stuck with him and his constant opinions and that's not her only issue. As her sister Kira back in South Africa has disappeared.
Not that Tabatha has told anyone.
A decision she soon comes to regret. When it becomes clear, somebody is out to take the Rogues down.
And Tabatha is being used to do it.
And with great characters, heat, banter, thrills and spills. This was another brilliant story in the series, and I'd happily recommend it to all.

The latest book in the series finds us back in action. This time around it’s all about Gabe “Spy” Webb. I would be honest Gabe had me a little heated at times especially some of his actions. However, I could think of a better person to pair him with than Tabatha “Monarch” Smith. Before the couple developed their growing friendship, our main couple first must solve a major case that affects not only them, but the whole Rogue organization. As the story progressed, I got a better understanding of both Gabe and Tabatha. Gabe is working with his unresolved emotions of both his biological and adoptive parents’ respective deaths. Tabatha is dealing trust issues and guilt around her foster siblings especially her sister Kira. I won’t spoil the story, but I will say that I didn’t want to put it down. Of course, my suspension peaked for a few characters. However, I didn’t expect in what ways. I always loved guest appearances are woven in. Gabe and Tabatha fought through their individual issues and more to get their Happy Ever After. Based off his antics alone I am looking forward to hearing Drake’s story in The Villain.

I have no idea why, but I love spy romance books.
Add in the whole boss/handler idea, and the slightly forbidden that we had with Tabatha and Gabe and I was in.
I loved their chemistry, the dialogue between them, and watching their relationship evolve. I have been looking forward to this story since the beginning of this series, as there was something about them that made me want to know more, and I was not disappointed.
I was in with this one from page one, but after the scene in the closet, I wasn't putting this down...who needs sleep?
The balance between the "spy stuff" and the romance was well done. It can be difficult to make it work so the romantic moments feel like part of the story and not like they are out of place, and this one works very well.
I enjoyed and recommend this title.

The starchy hero gets ruffled by a butterfly in “The Spy” by Nana Malone!!
Finally!! We get yummy Gabe’s story with the fiery Tabitha. We have waited until book four for their mouths to be used for more than verbal sparring against each other. Their chemistry is fire!! What is stronger than desire? It is longing, so the tension has been overdue to snap!!
If you enjoy books with close proximity, forbidden romance, found family, grumpy-sunshine couple, office romance, sacrifice, spies, and strong female characters to name a few, then I highly recommend this book!

The Spy by Nana Malone is book 4 in the Gentlemen Rogues Series. This is the story of Tabatha and Gabe. If you have been reading the series then you too have been excited to get this book. Gabe is the Ops Commander for The Rogues which is a top secret organization. Tabatha and Gabe have a work relationship but they both feel something more but never acted on it. When Tabatha has to go undercover and might have to do something that Gabe is unsettled about he becomes her 'handler' for the job. I am a huge fan of Ms. Malone so this was a joy to read.

Gabe and Tabatha are perfection! I loved these two. Their chemistry is amazing and their witty banter is great. I couldn't get enough of them. This book is riveting with twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat. This series just keeps getting better and better and I can't wait for the next one!

The Spy...
Gentlemen Rogues book 5. Spine tingling good. Gabe is everything you for and definitely want. He's a total alphahole but as the leader of the Rogues I expect nothing less. Tabitha is a badass that takes no ish and loyal to a fault. He and Tabitha have been circling each other forever. And due to rules and regulations and but of circumstances, they deny themselves until they can't. So out on a WTF mission with so twisty mess of someone betraying the Rogues, everything goes sideways. Honestly Gabe is my favorite. This book is action packed, angstful, high drama that is TV worthy, sexy and a whirlwind craziness.

The Spy is the fourth book Nana Malone's Gentlemen Rogues series. I loved reading and following Gabe and Tabitha's suspenseful romance story. The way these two would be at each other made the story with all the twists and turns well worth reading. I look forward to reading the next book series.

Loved the connection between them and the chemistry was off the charts even though they had to keep it under wraps because of the position Gabe held.

I've been waiting for Gabe's story ever since his introduction. Damn did it exceed my expectations. His and Tab's banter is snarky and funny, but just hiding their growing feelings. The forbidden aspect heightens their connection, along with the action and suspense, and the way everything plays out is just so satisfying. Gabe's growth here is probably my favorite part of their story, going from broody control freak to the man Tab deserves who's unafraid to show her how much he loves her and his sister, the man who actually smiles, and learns to sit back and enjoy life. I can't wait for more of these Gentlemen Rogues of Nana's now.

This is Ops Command Gabe ‘Spy’ Webb, and Rogues agent Tabatha Smith. THE SPY can be read as a stand alone but for back story and cohesion, I recommend reading the series in order.
Told from omniscient dual first person perspectives (Gabe and Tabatha) THE SPY follows in the wake of a compromised mission, looking into the possibility of human trafficking. When their assignment fails, Gabe Webb receives another message from the top, demanding Tabatha Smith go in undercover to ferret out the circumstances of the people involved but Gabe refuses to let Tabatha walk alone, suspecting she may be set up to fail. Meanwhile, Tabatha’s sister Kira, a young woman with whom she grew up in foster care, is spiralling out of control, and Tabatha struggles between head and heart knowing that to fail the Rogues mission means she will not be given a second chance but nothing is adding up with the mission or her sister’s disappearance, a disappearance that may or not be connected to their current op. What ensues is the building but forbidden relationship between Gabe and Tabatha, and the potential fall-out as Gabe is willing to sacrifice himself for the woman he loves.

This is the story of the Monarch and the Spy, or Tabitha and Gabe. Each has harbored an attraction for the other, but due to their jobs, they viewed a relationship as impossible. Gabe is Ops Command for the Rogues, and Tabitha is a Rogues Agent. The Rogues is a ultra top secret intelligence agency connected to the British Government that can go in to do the missions with which the Government cannot be associated. As Ops Command, Gabe holds all the secrets and makes all the command decisions. He has to interact with “Oversight” and pass along orders to his team. Tabitha is a skilled, spunky agent who has been under Gabe’s skin for a long time. Everything changes for both of them when Tabitha kisses Gabe for cover during a mission. Apparently that is the catalyst for each of them being no longer able to stay away. Tabitha is assigned her first field assignment going undercover to entice a possible asset and Gabe assigns himself as her handler. The story unfolds as the two fight their attraction while also dealing with a mission that never seems quite right.
I really love this author. She writes romantic suspense books with emotion, humor, and boy are they hot! Every book I have read has a woman of color as the heroine. This one is extremely spicy. The couple’s chemistry is explosive, and the emotion behind it is palpable. The characters each have strengths and plenty of flaws, making them well-rounded, somewhat believable human beings, I say somewhat because it is hard for me to imagine spies with deadly skills in various methods of fighting as regular people. The challenge for this couple is how to have a regular relationship within an irregular life, and can that happen when one person is required to keep secrets from his partner? You should definitely pick up a copy of The Spy to find out. It will be well worth your time. I was dying to read Gabe and Tabatha's book from the beginning and it was really good, I loved their banter and how despite their fighting they couldn't deny their attraction. They knew each other for years and Tabatha loved to push Gabe's buttons, she was a badass and I loved how she always fought back when Gabe was annoying her. As always the book was filled with drama and suspense and their steamy scenes were definitely the best, Gabe tried to stay away from Tabatha but thanks to a close encounter between them she was always on his mind.
Tabatha was Gabe's sister's best friend so they bickered from the start and thanks to working together Gabe knew they couldn't be together. Tabatha had to go undercover on a mission so he knew he had to stay close to protect her and avoid something happening to her. Thanks to that mission they spent more time together and that's when their feelings started to come to the surface. They both tried to stay away but Gabe was very protective of Tabatha until all of the sexual tension between them finally exploded.
They kept their moments together private at first but I loved how they couldn't stay away from each other and how they always found ways to be together. They faced a lot of drama thanks to their work and their mission but everything just made them realize what was really important so at the end Gabe knew what had to happen so they could be together. They'd always been attracted to each other so it was nice reading how they finally were together and how Gabe finally knew that he couldn't let her go.
Their story was very interesting and I loved how everything happened between them, Gabe and Tabatha were perfect together so at the end things worked out exactly as they should. The side characters were amazing too and I always enjoy reading about the previous couples. Now I can't wait to read Drake story and see more of all the rogues.

This was an enjoyable book about Tabatha who is selected on a mission to seduce a man but Gabe doesn't want her to go by herself so he decides to be her handler. I haven't read a spy themes book before and was excited to see this one available to read. I really enjoyed the story of this book and thought it was unique. The author really kept me on my toes with the romance part of this story as it was very enjoyable. The pacing and setting was perfect for this book and there were many memorable scenes that one would never forget about. I didn't read the first three books in the series and I wish I did to get more of the amazing experience. In some ways, I felt I was missing out. Overall it was greatly written.
The main FC is Tabatha who is such a fun character. I loved everything about her; she had a great development in the story. Then there is Gabe who is such a protective man and his perspective was amazing with the way he thought of Tabs. I do wish I read the first three to see more of their background over the years and see how they overcome themselves to come to this spot. There were many side characters which I'm guessing are from the previous books. There is also POC characters which was amazing to see in this book! They were very involved with the story which I liked. The romance is enemies to lovers and work romance that has some very spicy scenes. The romance was super cute and the chemistry between Tabs and Gabe was strong. You could tell from the beginning!
The ending was well done and I very much enjoyed this book. I would totally go back to the previous books to check them out and reread this one to see what I think.
