This story is about Carol and the baby's secret dad.
It's shorter than the other, but honestly, the story didn't have much to say.
Alexa didn't make a good job at this one.
The three stars because it's Troping and all the characters give something to the story.
Even Tinsel wasn't in her best here.
Carol had a one-night stand with the man of her life, but then she saw something that made her run back to Troping, but she didn't come back alone, she's pregnant.
Carol and Colden were both virgins.

Nothing says Christmas cheer like a good ONS book 🤣💀🤡.

The blurb basically says what it’s about. Carol meets Colden and they decided to lose their virginities to each other 😅.

You know, normal ONS behavior 🤣 💁🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️.

She makes wedding dresses and is fitting the bride for her wedding when she sees that the groom is none other than the ONS she had the night before 😬.

What she doesn’t know is that this man is ACTUALLY Colden’s twin brother 😅…

This was short and fun.

Colden and Caroline met one night as they were both staying at the same hotel. The next morning, after their ONS, Caroline saw Colden's twin as the groom-to-be and mistakenly thought he was him. She designed Colden's sister-in-law's wedding gown, that's why she was there. Anyway, she ran away and didn't call him even though he left her his number.

But after five months, Colden eventually found her. Let's just say that not much conversation happened between them. 😅 He cleared things up, though, and picked up where they left off. Then voila, it's the epilogue, and obviously HEA for them. 😄

Argumento:

🎀Carol se gana la vida haciendo vestidos, y la noche antes de una gran boda conoce al hombre de sus sueños. Una noche apasionada cambia su vida... Solo que resulta que el hombre de sus sueños no es quien decía ser. A Troping corre con un secreto que no está lista para compartir.

Colder tuvo la mejor noche de su vida con una mujer que sabía que era la indicada. Pero cuando regresa y encuentra su cama vacía, su mundo se desmorona. Durante meses la ha estado buscando, y ahora finalmente la ha encontrado.



Mi humilde opinión:

❄️Un romance con bebé secreto+identidad equivocada que me mantuvo entretenida.

Me gustaban los protagonistas. Carol era todo corazón. Lo único que pensé fue que debió enfrentar a Ledger cuando creyó que iba a casarse en lugar de escapar pero la entiendo. Vio al gemelo y creyó que era él y el impacto de descubrir que se casaría con otra fue terrible. Ledger era genial, estuvo como un zombie en vida hasta encontrar a su chica y lo logró sin importar lo que nadie le dijera.

Me gustó cómo se resolvió el final y el HEA fue candente.

Es instalove y dentro de lo exagerado que escribe está autora pude soportarlo, estaba bien. No esperé que fuera nada más profundo que una corta historia para pasar la tarde. Me faltó una vibra navideña con más detallitos pero me divertí con esta breve historia de amor.

Este libro no ha sido rápido, no, HA SIDO VELOZ!!!!! JAJAJAJA pero da igual, son una maravilla. Me encantan porque me dan lo mejor de estas historias y sin apenas drama. Recomendado para pasar el ratito!

I'm not here to complain about instalove or even instalust because I actually love both those tropes. I won't even mention the fact that I don't like secret babies, or the fact that there was no stalking in this. I know I shouldn't have read this dumb thing but wanted to finish the series so let it go.

What I am going to bitch about is the fact that:
A. You idiots spent the the whole day together 'falling in love' and neither of you mentioned what you're doing in town? Wouldn't that be your first topic of conversation?
B. This dude knew she was 'the one' but didn't invite her to his brother's wedding?
C. This chick knew he was 'the one' and yet never mentioned that she designed a wedding dress for that weekend?
D. She 'loves' him and yet immediately believes the worst about him?
E. There is no such thing as love without trust, even a sliver of trust, a hint of let me talk to him and see what's up, a dash of faith. Since there was none of that, she obviously didn't even care about him a little bit despite you telling me she did.
F. Give me instalove but I need a reason why, it can be the dumbest reason on earth but I'll buy it just tell me what is. We don't even see a glimpse of their bonding just the sex, no reason, just I love her ok bro why? She was sassy and smart? She was fiery and family oriented? She was kind and compassionate? GIVE ME A REASON OR I'M NOT BUYING WHAT YOU'RE SELLING.
G. Chapter 8 was blank and I was happy it ended sooner than I expected.

This story ruined my life and now I can't even bring myself to finish the last story in the set because I'm afraid I'll hate it even more than this one. I can't believe I wasted a Hoopla borrow on this collection.

5/5 es una historia simple, me la termine en menos de una hora, a esto me refiero con los libros que son menos de 100 páginas o que son cortos, deben ser fáciles de leer y deben contar una historia bien ejecutada.
Me gusto colen, mucho la verdad, se me hizo bien respetuoso y paciente, me gusto que haya pasado meses pensando en Caroline, despues la busco, JAJJAJAJAJA me dio risa como todo el pueblo estaba al pendiente de el para protegerla.
Acerca del conflicto, considero que se desarrollo bien el que ella pensara que estaba casado lo comprendo muy bien, teniendo en cuenta que se tratan de gemelos, es obvia su confusión, yo tambien me hubiera ido, mas que nada por vergüenza y pq caroline era amiga de la novia, por eso entiendo su escapada, me gusto mucho que tanto colen como caroline tuvieron su primera vez entre ellos, super bien.
En todo caso, me gusto como se resolvió el malentendido, no siento que fue apresurado, estuvo bien y es lo que puedo decir.
Quiero hablar de colen y como llama a la protagonista, me gustan los apodos que le da, como dulzura, amor, etc. Me encanta como la trata, o sea, ni siquiera se enojo cuando supo la razon de su huida, y me dio tanto gusto la confianza que tuvo para tratarla asi apenas se reencontro con ella.
El libro no es algo complejo, es cliche, si, claro que lo es, pero de eso va el libro, obviamente no es el mejor libro de todo el mundo o de el genero juvenil, pero es corto, cuenta bien la historia, no da escenas innecesarias y es super facil de leer. Considero que si quieres leer algo ligero y sin tanta trama este libro puede ser mi recomendación.

Perseguindo o Bebê Secreto

De todos, esse era o livro que eu não tinha vontade de ler, porque não gosto de tramas envolvendo gravidez, bebê secreto e mocinha dando no pé sem ouvir nenhuma explicação. Só li mesmo porque estou lendo a série, e nos livros anteriores fizeram um suspense tão grande sobre quem seria o pai do bebê da Carol, que eu fiquei até curiosa para saber o que tinha acontecido. Mas aqui não tem realmente nada acontecendo. Foi um mal entendido que com uma simples conversa teria resolvido tudo, mas em vez disso a coisa se arrastou por cinco longos meses. Tanto é que assim que Carol e Colden se reencontram e tem dois minutos de conversa, tudo se resolve e o livro acaba, porque realmente não tem nada mais o que falar ou fazer ali. Não tem muita história para acontecer, essa é que é a verdade. Não gostei da atitude de Carol no passado, não gostei dela não ter ligado para o Colden pra falar do bebê (independente do que ela acreditava ser verdade, ele ERA o pai do bebê e tinha os seus direitos), e não gostei da passividade dele diante de tudo aquilo. Foi o livro mais sem graça da série até aqui. 'Bora ler a última história e concluir a saga.

Bueno, fue lindo, pero muy rápido, felizmente ya termine de leer esta saga, algunos libros me gustaron más que otros, pero no digo que este mal este libro, si me gusto, pero no tanto.
Se conocieron, tuvieron su noche de pasión y ella salió huyendo por que descubrió algo que la dejó con el corazón roto, 5 meses después, el no ha dejado de buscarla y ella tiene un bebé en camino, él logra encontrarla y va en su búsqueda, al verla le confiesa la verdad y tienen sexo de reconciliación, luego no se separan nunca, lo sentí muy rápido de verdad, he leído insta love donde te hacen sentir como que ha pasado mucho tiempo para que ellos estén juntos, pero tmb están estos que te hacen sentir que todo paso en un abrir y cerrar de ojos (literal), pero bueno, me gusto al fin de cuentas, no lo odié, me gusta aventurarse en los diferentes clichés que hay y ver cuales me gustan más.

Osea, si está mal pero no taaaaaaaaan mal.

1.5 creo que es lo adecuado naskdkdk si tenemos en cuenta que al menos no le dio Tanta importancia a cosas estúpidas como la virginidad y el tamaño de la protagonista en modo "soy tan pequeñaaa", no fue del todo insufrible de leer.

Creo que tengo que rendirme, los libros de esta autora no la puedo leer ni como consumo irónico anskdkdk

muy cutie, es la primera vez que logro leerme una historia con temática navideña y me encanta que haya sido de alexa riley, fue corta y rápida de leer claro al ser corta ps la historia avanza muy rápido y quedas como que no entiendes ciertas cosas o es absurdo como acontece el evento. pero fue entretenida, y repito me gusto que la historia se basará en navidad, va muy bien ya que estamos en diciembre. muy linda la historia.

Colden and Caroline

I loved how the story started with both the characters already on their way to have sex. Good plot with the usual misunderstanding that makes Caroline flee, thinking Colden was about to get married.
Fast forward a few months and Colden hasn't given up on finding the woman of his dreams. And when he finally does, he is for a big surprise. Highly recommended

This was a weird title to start with, and once I'd finished the book, it was even more so. I listened to the audio on ARs site, and was glad it was available for free, but HATED that the speed couldn't be adjusted. I usually listened to audios at at least 1.5, so having it at 1.0 was painfully slow. The story was okay, if you're into instalove, but unfortunately, it's not really my thing. Overall, this was a miss for me.
