Di luar ekspektasi. Saya kira buku ini akan menjelaskan secara teknis bagaimana memperkuat sebuah brand. Ternyata hanya pengantar. Buku sekumpulan cerita dan tulisan Hermawan Kartajaya tentang pentingnya membangun brand/ merek yang sebagian pernah dimuat dalam media cetak.

Pembahasannya hanya sampai permukaan. Buku ini termasuk salah satu dari ke sembilan seri buku Hermawan Kartajaya.
