I read this book in college. I thought the topic was fascinating and still wonder today, if someone sitting in the center of an oval meeting table is more concerned with the feelings of the group than people seated at the ends. :)

I read this for the class that Dr. Knapp taught. Fascinating. It is a true textbook and not for the popular self-help audience. The book looks at research and does not go into nonverbal “gimmicks” that many popular books claim to be able to show you what other people are thinking. Book Index.
