Rate this book
This book is well suited for an audience of sinlges/couples who would like to buy or who already own a home, and wish to offset their current mortgage with subsequent income from rentals. Property managers of small rentals could also find this very helpful.

The book was written with the American audience in mind. Outside America, the same views may not necessarily apply.

Good advice for a renter. It is geared more towards a person that owns an apartment complex or multiple units. It is also out of date. It was written in 2000 so a lot of the laws could have possibly been amended since this book was written. I did get a lot of good ideas and it has an appendix in the back that has all of the forms that a renter may need to use throughout the renting process.
