*Realistically and refreshingly raw*

Whether you want to go completely raw, highly raw, or occasionally raw, _Raw Rood Cleanse_ is a great resource for doing so. In addition to providing a healthy serving of go-to-and-frequently-come-back-to raw food recipes, this book also offers highly digestible information and guidance for realistically incorporating rawness into your life. Refreshingly real, _Raw Food Cleanse_ won't clobber you with an eat-completely-raw-or-die dogma, but instead offers the tools for creating a lifestyle plan that meshes with your preferred degree of rawness. Wherever you fall on the raw spectrum, _Raw Food Cleanse_ can help you achieve more of those healthily addictive boosts of raw food pleasure.

Go raw and go strong!

My New Year's resolution was to go raw. This book helped me transition into it, in a sort of simultaneously-diving-and-wading sort of way, if that's possible. I don't think you can really "cleanse" your body in one week, but I did like the break that a week-long juice feast gave my irritable gut, and I think she does a nice job of explaining how to do that and how to transition back to real food in a way that will wreak minimal havoc on your metabolism. The recipes are useful to raw food beginners, and although I'm not a fan of *all* the lifestyle changes she recommends, I think this is a good tool for someone who wants to get more into raw foods and doesn't know how to start.

There are so many recipes in this book and it gave an easy to read overview of the be kits of eating raw. She gave some detail on some additional additives that we can really befit from I wish e had done the same with some of fruits and veggies. I know some are better than others so that wordage been great. I am planning on doing one of the cleans but it sounds lie a lot of work.

I got this book for Christmas last year to help kick start my new lifestyle as a vegetarian. I started off with a cleanse and was so excited. Once I picked this book up I couldn't put it down. It's packed full of information and not just recipes, but it actually lists foods with the vitamins and nutrients content. I still use this book today.

I loved this book. I checked it out from the library, but I am hoping to buy it soon. Susan's Carrot Cake is my favorite recipe so far. The book contains lots of recipes and is chocked-full of health info too.
