Baby Moses

by Emily Little, Emily Little, Barb Henry (Illustrator)

"In this very simple retelling of the Old Testament story, baby Moses is hidden in the river and later found and raised by the pharaoh's daughter. Lush watercolors provide the backdrop for a large-print text with only a few difficult words. A good addition to the series, offering new readers the satisfaction of mastering a Bible story on their own."--Booklist.

Favorite part: It was cute! The best part was when he had his finger in his mouth and he was confused when he saw the birds. He had never seen them before! (Lillie laughs)
