As a school librarian, I'm always looking for ways to incorporate movement in between activities or when the students are lined up and waiting for their teacher. This book has many that I can use!

Very applicable in the classroom. It gives teacher instruction on how to introduce this part and some classroom managements tips as doing energisers can easily stomp up the quietness and make kids overly energetic and out of control. For some activities, varieties are suggested according to teachers’ need. A good tool book comes in handy!

If Go Noodle, my elementary music teacher, and a yoga class for kids had a baby, this book would be it. Great ideas for refocusing and reenergizing a group of students.

Fun "brain breaks" for my second graders. A lot of the exercises include rhythm and rhyme. Well worth the investment.
