Two things I love to do the most include graphic design and writing. I was an editor at a publishing company for several years; I saw the graphic designers at work and thought, ‘I’d like to do that.’ So I went to art school.

I love to read, write and draw. Yes, I am a creative nerd type. I like to read all kinds of books, but science fiction and fantasy is my guilty pleasure.

A charming little story that shows we shouldn't take into thought the "pre-chosen" courses of our lives. In this Shadow meets a mouse and wants to be friends with him although the mouse tries to bring up the fact that they aren't suppose to be friends. Upon agreeing they should they choose to go to a Halloween party for other mice.

The story is short and sweet while easy to understand for both beginning and slightly advanced readers The charming pictures just add to the story itself as to what may be achieved when we choose to work together.
