I have had the pleasure of reading all of the Kindred series and I have no idea how Nicola thinks up new ideas, but she does. Lucinda and Michael
are again thrown into danger. New foes and old are working against them and they must build alliances and battle for their city and their love. Every word Nicola writes brings their story to life and makes me want more.

I was temporarily bereft at what I suspected was the end of the series. So delighted you are giving us more. Stellar writing as always. Excellent editing. Loved the worldbuilding and all of the storylines.

Another Winner!

Evernight is the thirteenth book in the amazing Kindred series by Nicola Claire, and I really can't recommend it enough. I loved returning to Lucinda and Michaels's world, and each book just gets better and better. This is a must-read series for paranormal romance lovers. I'm eagerly awaiting the next book!

Thoroughly enjoyed this addition to the series
When I had read the mini POVs/stories from the other characters, I thought that was it so I quit checking on installments to the series. I'm so happy to say I decided to check again because I had missed two whole books!
Wow, there was so much going on, heartbreak after heartbreak, gods, vampires, demons, witches, shifters and so forth. But...it was all consuming. I've loved Luce and Michel since that very first book where she hated him, haha. Oh the ways in which that all changed throughout each book. Now I want to go back and start reading from book one all over again.
I'm not sure when the next book will come out but I can't wait to read it. With that ending, I just know there's bound to be even more heartache before there can be a HEA for our main characters.
So in light of that, Ms. Claire, I sure hope you're a fast writer, lol. As the author has written down time and time again "there can be no light without dark".

Evernight by Nicola Claire is book 13 in the Kindred series. I highly recommend this series.
This story is about Lucinda Monk-Durand who is a vampire hunter (nosferatin) and her mate/Kindred Michael Durand who is a vampire (nosferatu). This series has an on-going story arc and is told from Lucindas POV.
Characters from previous books show up in this story, which was nice to catch up with them. This is not really a stand alone, the author does a good job of catching you up on the previous story, but you will have a better experience if you read the previous books, because they are awesome.
