There is only one thing I can't agree with Deborah Rumsey on: this book is either not for dummies or only one for extremely intelligent dummies. I had to skip several chapters because I was just too stupid to understand them. But the little I did grasp was completely worth the effort.

It was pretty good, covered most of the basic stuff in a much more interesting way than the prof. It's still lacking some of the more advanced stuff, and it would've been nice if it had more example Q&A.

Yup, I am definitely a dummy, and I needed to read what little I could understand in this book. The material was absorbing when I could follow the discussion, and I appreciate Deborah taking the time to explain and her using a light and inclusive tone throughout the pages. Thanks. I recommend this book to everyone, whether you will understand most of the text or not. I could feel my brain wrinkling with the challenge.
