واحد من هذه الكتب التي تظهر في المكتبة وتظهر معها لمعة اكتشاف موضوع جديد مثير لم أكن أفكر في القراءة عنه: تاريخ الجنس في الصين.

وما جعل قرار اقتناءه سهلا هو وجود اسم د محسن فرجاني على الكتاب مترجما له.
احتفظت بهذه القطعة دليلا لحبي لترجمات محسن فرجاني:
"كانت العجلة الدوارة في فلسفات الأخلاق تواصل دورتها مبتدئة بالكونفوشية الصارمة زمنا، ثم متواصلة بالطاوية المتسامحة حينا؛ كي تسلم قيادها مرة أخرى إلى النمط المحافظ لتعود الدورة من جديد، فتأخذ حظها من السجال الأزلي بين الأزمنة الصينية المتعاقبة.".

يعيب الكتاب ترجمته بالكامل للعربية ،إذ يجعل البحث عن ما يذكر فيه من مؤلفين وشروحات وتوضيحات أمر غاية في الصعوبة، حتى اسم الكاتب استهلك مني أيام طويلة لأجده ،
هو( Liu Dalin) .
كما لا يتوفر في الكتاب أي مراجع ! ، وهذا ما ادهشني بحق !.

عموما أرى أن الكتاب ممتاز ومرجع مهم في موضوع نادراً ما أجد له كتب مترجمة .
كما أن الغلاف مبهر .
