We liked reading this story together over breakfast and we talked about how we all feel grumpy sometimes and that's OK.

This book has beautiful illustrations which could be used in a classroom to identify the mood of a book with KS1 and lower KS2 e.g how do we know that everyone is in a good mood except Babbity (the sun is shining, the birds are singing). This book would be great as an end of the day book as well as a book used to teach the class about being kind to each other when you're feeling upset.

The lovely story of Babbity Rabbit who wake up in a thoroughly rotten mood. Wonderfully illustrated and a great way to introduce small children to the concept of waking up in a bad mood and how to overcome it.
